Create Service Job

Service Workflow

  1. Create the customer first.
  2. Schedule the service job with date and window.
  3. Assign a technician.
  4. Move status through on the way, arrived, treating, completed.
  5. Completed reports can send customer completion texts and move into billing.

Record Chemical Usage

Inventory Link

  1. Pick the completed or in-progress job.
  2. Select the chemical/product used.
  3. Enter the amount used.
  4. The same amount is deducted from Inventory automatically.
  5. This history will feed treatment reports and invoices later.
