Plan Workflow

  1. Create the recurring plan for a customer.
  2. Use Generate Next Job to create the next visit.
  3. The new job appears on the Jobs route board.
  4. The plan automatically advances to the next service date.
  5. When auto-invoice is enabled, completed recurring jobs create open invoices.
